Success From Affiliate Marketing

Just a couple of years ago I was a senior psychology major studying to get my degree. I worked part time, and like a lot of students, opted to take out the max amount of loans I was able to receive. I was renting a very inefficient house with a friend and paying off a loan for a car. The bills were adding up fast and I soon found myself in debt up to my eyeballs. I had to do something, and fast. I dropped out of school, moved into an apartment with my girlfriend, and went to work for a friend as a kitchen manager making a measly nine dollars an hour. I tried this for a while and the debt wasn't going away so I got another full time job doing surveys for a multi-national research company. It paid twice as much but I was working seventy hours a week and was getting burnt out. This is not what I had in mind to get out of debt, but at the time I did not have much of a choice. I remained positive and my mind was consumed with ideas on how I was going to make a living for myself.



As I walked between jobs I often noticed all the nice cars, buildings, bill boards, and people in suits. I knew that there was a lot of money out there and there had to be an easier way to get to it. How to get that money without having money was a large task but I was determined to figure it out.



I didn't have specific ideas for what I was looking for. I wanted to consider as many avenues as possible to find the perfect fit for me so I searched the internet. I quickly found that there were many possible ways to make money online. There were so many money making opportunities and information and I was initially overwhelmed. Where would I start? Who would I trust? I had research to do so I had to prioritize and make time to do it. I decided to quit my kitchen job and stick with my survey job because it allowed me more freedom. I had ten hour days where it seemed like all I did was stare at the walls of my cubicle. Plenty of time to research online money making opportunities. Within the first week of my new schedule I bought a used laptop for $100 and had my internet set up that same night. This was the beginning of my internet marketing career. Everything was all set up for success. All that was necessary was a computer and an internet connection.



Staying positive and finding new avenues for profit and success has led me out of debt and able to purchase some things I only thought possible with a degree and a 9-5 J.O.B. My girlfriend and I are proud new home owners and I now dedicate my 9-5 to my home business and helping others find the same success as I did.

In my extensive research (which is non-stop) I found very cheap ways to get started. Three specifically...My Power Mall, Leisure Audio Books, and Plug-In Profit Site. And I would recommend them to anyone looking to get started.



My Power Mall is an online mall where you get paid to shop! There are over 1000 stores to shop at and you get rebates back for purchases you make. The more people you refer to them, the more money you get back. It is a nice little operation. Most of the products I found are the same price if not cheaper online. You can even purchase a Mastercard and use it anywhere to earn the same rebates. It is totally free, there is nothing to sell, and there is no qualifying to receive income.



Leisure Audio Books is a similar type of program that allows you to earn commissions off of any products you sell for them or for any referrals you give them.



Both of these are great money making opportunities and they both provide all the tools and training you need to succeed with each. They are also 100% free. It will cost you nothing to start up and the only cost is through LAB when and if you decide to upgrade.



The Plug-In Profit Site is an outstanding profit pulling opportunity. In less than 24 hours you can have your own web site and six automated streams of revenue setup for you. The major advantage of this is having your own website to bring traffic to. It makes marketing a heck of a lot easier and you can earn income from these programs for as long as your website is running. It also provides top notch training and I credit everything I know from that program. Nothing is left out. Even if you don't make one sale through PIPS, the knowledge in and of itself makes it well worth your time. The only costs associated through PIPS is the domain ($15) and hosting ($24.95).

The article leverage worked great. I am currently on page 2 for the keywords I selected for the article!

SEO really works. Im shooting for top spot. Once I get that, its on to the next keywords.

These results are all happening only after my 2nd article posted through them...wonderful. Traffic for life!

Starting Your Own Online Business

What does it take to be a successful business owner? Not as much as it used to. Starting a business before the advent of the internet required all kinds of fees to get started. If you didn't have any money, it was virtually impossible to own your business. Today, with all the money making opportunities online, anyone can now run their own business for relatively no cost!

Fact: There are 1,173,109,925 people that surf the web across the world. That's almost 18% of the entire world population! That number has grown 225% since 2000. Very staggering numbers from internetworldstats.com.

What does that mean for todays online entrepreneurs? Money, money, money! Consumers online spend over 75 billion dollars a year! And that number is only getting higher. If you are seriously considering starting a business, it only makes sense to look online. It's never too late to get in on this great opportunity.

Getting Started

What you need to get started online is just the basics. A computer with access to the internet...thats it! Beyond that, it is just sheer will and determination to succeed. You don't have to have money to make money in cyberspace. Advertising can be done in forums and blogs which cost nothing but the time you put into it. In order to succeed with affiliate programs, you must be very persistent in your marketing efforts. It takes some time and a lot of work. Mostly writing ads and articles to promote their products. The commission checks you receive in the mail will make it well worth the effort.

I do suggest being creative and starting your own website which requires choosing a domain name and selecting a hosting account. Those are relatively cheap. I pay 25 dollars a month for mine but they go as low as 7.

Having your own place on the web can be a very gratifying experience. It will allow you to link all of your affiliates on one page. That way when you advertise, you just have to worry about traffic to your homepage rather than several different ads to each sponsor.

Setting up your own website can be a daunting task if you don't 'speak' html.(Most of us don't) But there are programs like Stone Evans's Plug-In-Profit Site, that will have everything all set up for you. Once you are setup, the fun begins. Marketing your site is how you will make money. The more work you put into it, the more money you get out of it. You can pull profits from an ad thats 5 years old as long as your website is still in existence. A lot of people put in the work required at first and don't see the results right away so they quit just before the profits begin to stream in. Don't let this happen to you. If you decide that an online business is right for you, make the commitment and stick with it.

So I submitted my first article for distribution and I really saw no immediate results at all. In fact, I had less average visits to my site than before I submitted. Oh well, keep Im gonna keep plugging away.

This will work Im sure of it.

I submitted my second article last night and just waiting to see if that results in amy extra traffic. Hopes are high.

I think that article submission may be a long term traffic type of deal compared to posting an ad.

Money Making Opportunities

Somebody once told me that money is not the most important thing in the world. Love is. Fortunately for me...I love money! In fact, I really don't know anybody who doesn't. Thankfully there is more than enough to go around. With a little hard work, (Let's be honest. There's no such thing as easy money.) we can be off and running. Diverting massive amounts of dollars into our bank accounts. The launch of the internet has opened the doors to a whole new world of marketing. Money making opportunities are vast and lucrative in the internet world. Anyone with a cheap laptop and internet connection can quickly turn their computer into an atm machine. So if you love money like I do, pay attention and read on.

Learning to make money on the internet can be quite tedious and frustrating at first. With all of the money making opportunities out there, finding which one works best is like learning multiple languages and then finding out you only need one. It can be very overwhelming to those like me with very little patience and un pico knowledgo of computaros. (My Spanish is not too good either.)

A lot of people come into an internet business thinking that they can strike it rich with little or no work. As the band Survivor says, "There is no easy way out. There is no shortcut home." That applies to making money on the internet too, not just to Rocky. Patience and persistence really pays off in the internet world. You have to view it just like it is, a real business. One that you will have to invest time and money in if you want to see any results. Before you begin you must do the research. Know what you are getting yourself into before making any decisions. Have a clear business plan and budget. I suggest you study the most successfull people in the business and do as they do. Many people have recorded success online, and a lot of us are more than willing to help and answer questions.

Opportunities to Make Money

People surf the web to shop, entertain themselves, search for information, and for networking. Whatever product or medium you choose to offer, you are going to have to learn to target your market effectively. There are numerous ways to do this and to make money online and I will touch briefly on three of them. Affiliate programs, selling information, and surveys. Just know that some people make a very comfortable living by mastering just one method and others use a combination of several.

If you don't have anything to sell online, no problem, their are plenty of affiliate sites that offer products for you to sell. The best part of these programs is that the majority of them are absolutley free. You do the work of getting their product information out there and they write you commission checks for selling their products! The key is to enroll yourself in more than one so your combined income will be substantial. You can also receive referall bonuses for getting people to join. If you don't have a lot of money to start, affiliate programs are the way to go.

If you are very knowledgable in a particular field, sell your knowledge! Start a website that offers information and write an ebook. Millions of people search the web every day for information. It only makes sense to bank off of this opportunity. If your information is popular, companies may contact you to advertise on your space.

Earn cash by taking surveys online. You can join many survey companies for free and get paid cash and rewards for completing surveys. Sounds easy doesn't it? That's because it is!

There are so many more money making opportunites. More than I can list here. If you are sincere about making money online, my suggestion would be to try a combination of many. Don't put all your eggs in one basket so to speak. The biggest mistake is to take no action at all. The best thing about starting an online business is that the start up costs are virtually nothing and the profits can make you quit your day job. Start now! Get out there and figure out what it is you are going to market. Don't get overwhelmed with all the free information, use it to your advantage. If you believe you can do it, it will happen.

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work

The internet is a world of unlimited opportunities. Their are literally millions of people searching for information every minute of every day. To tap into this resource could provide you and your business with a very lucrative and stable financial future. Think about this for a moment...never before in the history of mankind have we had the opportunity to market to such a broad mass of people with little or no money. If you have a computer and internet connection, and are able to read and write, you have the opportunity to make as much money as you want. Thats right, as much money as you want! So how much money do you want?




Of course making money online, like any other business, is directly proportionate to the amount of time and work you put into it. The difference though between a corner shop and a business online is the amount of potential traffic you can receive.




Imagine if you will, your local corner mart and their potential customers. In order for them to do good business they must pull in the passer byes (i.e: traffic from walkers and automobiles.) If they are lucky, the store would be located on a busy intersection in a busy city where there may be thousands of cars passing by each day. Nothing compared to the hundreds of millions of people just a click away from your online business. The corner shop faces limitations that an online business does not. For example: hours of operation, holidays, advertising to a local market compared with the world, labor fees, leasing a property along with taxes and permits, etc. When you compare the differences it's easy to see the advantages to running an online business and how the potential in doing so can far outweigh and outreach the earning potentials of a corner shop or mom and pop stores. Of course the first questions to ask would be: "So where do I start? What do I need to get going and actually make money?" Three things...direction, vision, and action.




In starting any business you need direction, counseling, some type of advice. The internet is full of it. Don't get overwhelmed. If you already know what type of business and products you're going to use, great, you're a step ahead of the competition. If not, no worries, you can go here for some ideas and more direction. Make sure you read all of the fine lines so you know what you are committing yourself to and research, research, research. If you really want to be rich, study the habits of the rich. If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask. As I stated before, the internet is overflowing with all kinds of free information, so use it to your benefit. Something very useful in any aspect of life is vision. After you know what direction you're going to go with your business, imagine yourself going through that direction step by step. Something that helps me is to actually write down everything I want out of life, and I strongly suggest you do this after you are done reading this. No matter how abstract or ridiculous, write it down on paper. Post it somewhere where you can see it every day. Cut out pictures of things you want and post them. In fact, write yourself a check for any amount you want to make out of this business and put it somewhere where you are constantly reminded of it. Every time you see that check, the list and the pictures, or are reminded of any goals you have for yourself, sit back and envision it as if you had already achieved them. Most importantly: while you have this vision of the things that you truly want, be sure to remain absolutely positive that these goals are achievable. I cannot stress this point enough... be optimistic! If you have any doubts because your goals are too high, push those doubts aside.




The final step is action. A lot of us find ourselves caught in the rut of society. Most are stuck in the 9-5 world away from our family and friends, constantly working to pay those bills off and living pay check to pay check. The internet presents a number of opportunities for you to make money. It is now up to you act on those opportunities and start to live the life that you know you deserve. It is time for you to take action and live your life to the absolute fullest. Remain positive and I guarantee everything will work out for you.
