That looks like quite a comprehensive strategy. Regardless of the emphasis or mix of techniques one chooses to employ, I think it’s important to be consistent, not for a couple of days or weeks, but over the long term, if you want to be successful.

Good tips Matt and thanks for visiting my blog. I get a lot of back links from article marketing. I try and submit to ezine and Isnare as much as possible. Blog commenting a forum posting also help out a lot.

Hi Matt. I know at least one of your link building strategies and I like it. I don’t worry about PageRank too much but it really is an important result of SEO.

I think you were doing great before but if you don’t mind I would add a couple of things and remove just one. I’m certainly not a SEO expert but I think traffic and content are extremely important. You already have the content – this is good stuff. And you are on track for gaining traffic because you brought me here. Blog commenting is important but not for back links, relationships is key. I think you found the answer

BTW, I would stay away from directory and search engine submissions.

Well, the only strategy I’ve been using with greater success is blog commenting. In fact, it’s the only strategy I use to bring mine from zero to 16K backlinks in six months. I’m not so much into forum marketing but I’m learning more toward article marketing. Keep blogging and keep building links, pal.
